Addressing sustainability goes far beyond thinking about the environment and natural resources. Sustainability involves a number of factors regarding what is environmentally correct, economically viable, socially just and also culturally diverse.

Sustainability initiatives have been implemented in the company in order to educate and provide quality of life for its employees and society, such as: selective collection of batteries, lamps, paper, plastic, glass and metals; vegetable garden for consumer awareness (cultivated by the staff), rainwater recovery and treatment system, clean system for collecting chips (protected from rain and soil) and oil recycling system.

Respecting the environment through effective actions generated many benefits for Rudloff, such as strengthening partnerships, customer satisfaction, water and energy saving, quality of life and prospecting markets.
